  1. You can download Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), from the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov. You can also order forms by calling 1-800-870-3676
  2. Why are you trying to avoid taking the shot ? If is mandatory that means you have to achieve your aims.
  3. Yes, you can start the DS-260 application process for a U.S. immigrant visa without a passport number if you have an ID number. However, you will need to provide your passport details once you receive it. When filing the DS-260, you will be asked to provide the child's passport information. If you do not have the child's passport yet, select the "Other Travel Document" option instead. The information on your form must appear as in the passport.
  4. If your documents are missing or insufficient after an I-130 is approved, the NVC will contact you via email and leave a message in your CEAC account. You should try to follow up quickly so your case doesn't take longer. The NVC can take at least two months to review documents
  5. Not necessarily for the both parents to attend for interviews, your wife is enough, but you have to present the following: The original birth certificate must be presented to the Consular Officer on the day of the interview. Proof of the parent(s) U.S. citizenship. A copy of the U.S. passport and the naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship must be uploaded in the e-CRBA application.
  6. Adjudication is the process by which an immigration officer decides whether to grant approval or deny an immigration case. In the case of a K-1 visa, adjudication of the petition takes place about 4–10 months after filing. The California Service Center, which is indicated by the first three letters of the receipt number, handles K-1 visa applications.
  7. The K-1 visa interview usually takes place 4–8 weeks after submitting embassy documents. The processing time for a K-1 visa can vary depending on the backlog and demand at the US embassy in Ghana and in the US. According to USCIS, the average processing time for a K-1 visa is 14–19 months.
  8. I suggest you call the embassy or the USCIS, anyone of them you think you downloaded the document to for help how to go through it, since you can't delete that document from your account.
  9. If the person you talked to happen to work in the embassy, then wait for their response, they will definitely email you about their finalize on your case
  10. The fiancé(e) K-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) of a United States (U.S.) citizen. The K-1 visa permits the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) to travel to the United States and marry his or her U.S. citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival.
  11. Yes changing passport information goes with changing birth certificate information too, so let your family at home help you do a new birth certificate and send it to your wife if she has a Saudi Resident over there for her to get a new passport.
  12. Please clarify your points well . Who are you referring to someone, are you saying the embassy or what ? However, if you are referring to the embassy, is good to call back and confirm, that will enable you to know your next step.
  13. First of all, do she have a Saudi Resident permit ? If she do you have to consult your embassy in Saudi to update her passport information for a new one which have her name together with the surname on it , but if she doesn't have the Saudi Resident then let her go back to Bangladesh to get a new passport.
  14. You said your petition expected to be expire July if I heard you correct and you continue to schedule for your interview on October, later on you received an email said your appointment is canceled. I can only advise you to call the embassy, because the time frame you are giving tells an expiring event out of the basic frame process.
  15. Your spouse has Bangladesh passport, use the same information on that passport to apply for it and your name will end to be her surname later on the process. And your wife can only get visa interview if she has a Saudi residence permit, if not, she have to go back to Bangladesh for an interview where she has a resident permit.

  19. Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts and experiences 🙏🏿, I really appreciate your time and effort on this matter 👍.
  20. That is your opinion. Thanks. However, I was asked to follow up the N-14 instructions and to wait for an email to respond by identifying my current address to the USCIS. And the form N-652 did not said rejection but said you passed the English and US history and government and that I should follow the N-14 instructions. Also should notify the USCIS my current address.
  21. This application was approved by the USCIS before I went for an interview, all my information was in there , copy of my driver's license and income tax return with the current address now . I hoped if they were not mistaken they should not have approved this application for me to go for an interview. Because they knew the address on my driving license in not the same with the the address I filled my income tax return together with my mailing address which they mailed me.
  22. Not yet received the N-14 she is talking about, this had happened yesterday Saturday. So I don't actually know what that N-14 is about.
  23. Is rather unfortunate I did not change my driving license but I was at that state for four years, all my taxes are in that state which proof that. Look I work at the airport in that state four years too but neither the Port Authority requested for change of my ID nor my company, that why I didn't take it serious.
  24. Can anyone help me out, I attended my citizenship interview today, after the interview the officer said I passed the exam but why my driving license not changed to the state I have my interview for four years now. However she told me is not cool and she gave me a form N-652 and was telling me to follow the instructions on form N-14 . That my decision can't be taken now . Please what does that mean, any advice is welcome 🙏🏿
