  1. This is what I knew sometimes can happen within the frame workload. If the documents you uploaded are deemed Document Qualified (DQ), NVC schedules the embassy interview. Currently, this is taking about 2 weeks after DQ. Therefore, the current range is between 8–10 weeks to schedule the embassy interview after NVC receives all the required documents. The US Visa appointment wait times can change weekly based on workload and staff availability

  7. This often happens because some applicants do not come prepared with all the required documents for their interview. I'm sorry to hear that. However, you have to wait until you receive the letter that state the reason why your husband was denied the visa, you will surely get that letter. Then you file for an appeal with your proof of evidence that your marriage is not a fake marriage. Start gathering all your evidence now ,waiting for that letter because it will surely get to you. Good luck 👍
  8. Administrative Processing (or INA 221(g)) is the term used by the U.S. Department of State when an immediate decision cannot be made by the consular officer during the visa interview. Asking as for the same officer working on the AP on your case ? I'm afraid to say no. It seems you already submitted the missing documents. I hoped you are good 👍. Just pray and wait boss. Good luck 👍
