  1. I'm a US Citizen who sponsored my husband's green card application. I was still using my maiden name during the application process but have since changed it to his last name. Assuming I should use my new last name in the I-751 application? My social security card has been updated so it will match that.

We also moved last year to a new address (same state) but never updated our address with USCIS. Should I se our new address in the I-751 application? Or use the old address which matches what's on file with USCIS? We still have access to the old address as it's my parents house. Or should I use the new address and submit a change of address form (AR-11) in parallel?

Mine still say that as well, and CEAC still says the application is with NVC. I'm hoping this will get fixed automatically at some point, but I've gone ahead and emailed the address they list when you get that error message just to be safe.

FYI I just got a response back saying to wait 5 days then try again.

    Dear Visa Applicant,

If you have received a consular interview appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC), Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), or the Consular Section and you have been instructed to register/schedule an appointment in our website https://ais.usvisa-info.com/, but you get a message saying that your immigrant visa case number is not ready to schedule an appointment, please wait 5 days and then revisit our site to register/schedule your appointment. Immigrant visa case numbers may take several days to become available in the system.

Do not send additional emails before the end of the 5-day period, as this will delay the response to your inquiry.

    Sincerely,

    The Contact Desk Support Team

Ah! Thank you so much, I managed to find it! Sorry @Johah for misunderstanding!

When I try to create applicant, it says my case number isn't ready for an appointment, even though I've waited til the next day - is this still the same for anyone else? Would I have to wait another day?

Mine still say that as well, and CEAC still says the application is with NVC. I'm hoping this will get fixed automatically at some point, but I've gone ahead and emailed the address they list when you get that error message just to be safe.

Thanks so much for replying quickly! I might be misunderstanding, because I don't have a DS form in my civil docs in ceac.... Just my passport, certs and photographs. Any other ideas? 😅

It's very hidden! When you log into CEAC, scroll down and click "Completed" under IV application, then click "Sign" at the top of the next page. You should then see "Print confirmation" on that page.

Do I have to wait a day or two before registering as per the instructions?  It says my case is not ready for appointment scheduling.

I'm getting the same message. When I log into CEAC it says the application is still with NVC so there must be a delay. I also remember reading earlier in this thread that others saw this message then were able to register a day or two later.

👋We were also DQ'd May 7, so right there with you.

Doesn't seem like anyone has heard anything for May or June, and that the latest DQ date to get an interview was early Feb.

Embassies are continuing to process CR1/IR1 visas and I would imagine London is the same, regardless of the lawsuit.

Another newbie here. I'm finding this thread incredibly helpful!

We were DQ'd May 3rd and also haven't heard anything.
