I'm a US Citizen who sponsored my husband's green card application. I was still using my maiden name during the application process but have since changed it to his last name. Assuming I should use my new last name in the I-751 application? My social security card has been updated so it will match that.
We also moved last year to a new address (same state) but never updated our address with USCIS. Should I se our new address in the I-751 application? Or use the old address which matches what's on file with USCIS? We still have access to the old address as it's my parents house. Or should I use the new address and submit a change of address form (AR-11) in parallel?
