as in the letter, what i read is, you have to show that extra evidences as stated on the letter, so they can approve your petition.

submit all quality evidences that you can think of, so there's no room for them to say no

Hi All,

After my dad passed away I had sent a simple basic letter to USCIS asked to reinstate my case (F3) as my other sisters

are US citizens and can be my substitute sponsors. 

Last week I received this 7 pages letter stating additional evidence and information is required for USCIS to determine if the

approval should be reinstated.

I've attached 1st page of letter, Can anyone look at please if I got it right?

I need your help. It is very heavy heart my petitioner passed away. My f3 case got approved in 2013 and it is waiting in NVC since.

I couldn't find any option to submit humanitarian application on NVC website. What should I do?
