    Hi All, After my dad passed away I had sent a simple basic letter to USCIS asked to reinstate my case (F3) as my other sisters are US citizens and can be my substitute sponsors. Last week I received this 7 pages letter stating additional evidence and information is required for USCIS to determine if the approval should be reinstated. I've attached 1st page of letter, Can anyone look at please if I got it right? Thanks.
