  1. Will do. Here is my list of everything I have to send off to my partner: Notarized DS-5507 Notarized DS-3053 Evidence of U.S. Citizenship From my understanding is that I don't need to fill out or do anything with DS-2029 as my partner will fill out and attach my DS-5507 to that. Am I correct in everything needed?
  2. Do I need to pay for the certified ones or is the free one okay?
  3. I'm a U.S. Citizen and my fiancee is Australian. She'll be having her K1 interview in a month or two. We have two daughters who were born in Australia - ages 3 & 4. I won't be able to attend their interviews so I'm filling out the DS-5507. I've only visited Australia and have always lived in the U.S. For the part - "That I have been physically present or have had a residence in the United States as follows:" Should I just put from birth til present and list the cities I have lived in? I'm planning to send my birth certificate (from vitalchek), w2's, tax returns, pay stubs, lease agreement...will this be sufficient evidence? And last question: "Part II of this document must be signed before a Consular Officer, Passport Specialist, or Designated Consular/Acceptance Agent at the time the oath is sworn" Would any local or online notary work or do I need to go to a passport office or something? Thanks.
