  1. Pretty common to not hear anything. Most people are just moving forward with the N-400 (citizenship), and getting that faster, and then the I-751 being closed out (received by other means).
  2. You should apply for citizenship if eligible. You will probably receive that sooner ans then the ROC will be closed out (received by other means).
  3. Hi there, Thank you, I’m getting conflicting info / stating you need an approved I-130 before you file for I-485, and/or you file together.
  4. Hi all, Is the form I-130 required? So once your fiancé comes over, you get married, can you just file for the I-485 (and other forms) without filing form I-130? Or do you have to file together?
  5. I don’t really know. This is what I pulled from the web: “Those IOE forms mean that your case is being processed digitally, which is usually good news because those cases tend to flow through the system a bit faster.” If anyone else has input, please share!
  6. We received a notice that they would reuse biometrics and that we did not have to do it again, but that the biometrics fee was not refundable.
  7. It should come in mail this week based off your timeline. We got ours 11 days after it was delivered to p.o box. “If USCIS is processing your application online, your receipt number will begin with IOE.” It should come in mail this week based off your timeline. That seems like the normal timeline.
  8. Hi all, My husband received his green card (with conditions) in December 2021. We are currently getting all docs ready to remove conditions (I-751) as our 90-day window starts this month. 1. Is there a master list anyone can recommend? 2. Can we apply for n-400 next December (3 year mark) with a pending i-751? I’d appreciate any help! Thank you all very much.
