At first i filed for a finace visa last year but it was denied because they said it was a requirement that my fiance and i have to meet within 2 years of filing the petition. Even when i told them that i was in the military and it was not easy to go home.
So we decided to get married and did on january 2007. i filed another petition for spouse on march and it is now complete. It was completed on Nov. 6. We are now waiting for her interview date.
