Hello everyone, Please guide me the recommended steps after receiving this email from the consulate and they haven’t mentioned the interview date so what I need to do.

Hello everyone, I received a NOIR says that "the petition was subsequently returned to USCIS as the beneficiary did not establish the marriage was entered into in good faith. Good and sufficient cause exists in the present case and supports the commencement of revocation proceedings", and they asked me to provide bona fide evidence. I traveled every year to his country and have all related evidences of travel like pictures, tickets, apartment receipts and stamps etc and we traveled together for honeymoon so i can provide that evidence and have affidavits to support and we have one plot which we bought together in installments in his country. Is this enough to submit? Please share your thoughts and opinions. Thank you.

Hi All, Case Category: CR1 Embassy: AbuDhabi Petition: Spouse Case was returned from the consulate(June 2021) to USCIS for further review(221g revocation) on September 2021 and now they are saying that our case was returned to NVC on February 2023 and we contacted the NVC but they don't have any information about our case. I used all my resources to approach them(NVC) but I haven't heard anything about it. Can anyone suggest...

Hello everyone, After consulate interview in 2021 they returned back my petition to usics for further review and today I contacted uscis and they said that they received the petition for review in 2021 but in Jan 2023 they sent the petition to NVC. Can anyone tell me what's going on because I haven't received any letter from the uscis or nvc
