Hello everyone, I received a NOIR says that "the petition was subsequently returned to USCIS as the beneficiary did not establish the marriage was entered into in good faith. Good and sufficient cause exists in the present case and supports the commencement of revocation proceedings", and they asked me to provide bona fide evidence. I traveled every year to his country and have all related evidences of travel like pictures, tickets, apartment receipts and stamps etc and we traveled together for honeymoon so i can provide that evidence and have affidavits to support and we have one plot which we bought together in installments in his country. Is this enough to submit? Please share your thoughts and opinions. Thank you.

Hi All, Case Category: CR1 Embassy: AbuDhabi Petition: Spouse Case was returned from the consulate(June 2021) to USCIS for further review(221g revocation) on September 2021 and now they are saying that our case was returned to NVC on February 2023 and we contacted the NVC but they don't have any information about our case. What if they call for the second interview so what documents you should recommend to take with us and If I'm there with my husband during the interview so will it make any difference. Need your suggestions

I was calling them from very first day and they told me before that they have received the case and after some months I request congressman and according to him the case is in security check and now the tier 2 person sends us the email that the case is reviewed and returned to nvc and we don't know what's going on but I hope everything goes well now.

Yes I born in pakistan and we studied in the same primary school in pakistan and no any previous marriage and no any first cousins.

I have a plan to visit him again very soon and I'm collecting all these evidences but even I don't know what exactly they are doing in our case.

Yes he sends me all the documents and there is nothing about our consular return

I applied for both but will try to apply again and naturalize through parents and as per uscis the case is in nvc so what will happen next as per your knowledge and experience.

As per lawyer no any document released from the consulate. Mostly documents released are from uscis and nvc and mostly old documents of naturalization etc

What exactly you need because they have sent too many documents

I know the rules and regulations and I appreciate each and everyone who is here to help and share their thoughts and experiences but I only share what I received from the concerning department. I don't know what's going on their head 😕 but again thank you for your help 🙏

First of all I took advices from many of the lawyers but they told me to wait for them to respond. FOIA received and according to the immigration lawyer that everything is good and there is nothing to worry. He told me to wait for the response. It's Pakistan and yes I visited alot in last few years and I don't have any plan to move there.

The only thing I did is to spend more time with my husband in his country and no one has contacted me so how can I prove anything to anyone. I didn't receive a letter from any of the department.

Normally how long nvc will take to respond? And is it a good sign that they have sent case back to nvc?

they are not accepting calls and I already submitted the online query so what else I can do right now and what will happen next?

Yes it says the case is at embassy and status on ceac is showing refused.

Hello everyone, After consulate interview in 2021 they returned back my petition to usics for further review and today I contacted uscis and they said that they received the petition for review in 2021 but in Jan 2023 they sent the petition to NVC. Can anyone tell me what's going on because I haven't received any letter from the uscis or nvc
