  1. Sent package on Aug 29 Package got delivered on Sep 5 How many days does it usually take to receive a text of noa 1?
  2. I got a inquiry response from NVC today that they have recieved the petition and its waiting for data entry. So I guess it took about 5-7 business days for NVC to receive after USCIS sent. You can call USCIS again for the exact date of case being sent. Some of the agents are useless, they simply tell you they don´t know or it´s not sent because they don´t even check it for you.
  3. Noa 2 Jan 31 We called uscis and the agent told us that the case was sent to nvc on last friday March 3rd. However until today nvc still telling us that they don't have the case... does anyone know how long does it take from "usics sent" to "nvc received"? (Not trying to get it into the system yet, but only nvc received/waiting for data entry) kinda worried if it's lost during transfer (since sending things feom CA to NH takes only few days in general...) thank you!
  4. I made several inquiries to NVC and they told me they havent got my case from USCIS. So I asked USCIS and the live agent told me they didn´t see any data showing case´s sent as well... A little bit worried and wondering why my case got on hold lol... NOA 2 is Jan 31st 🥴
  5. Hey guys, NOA2 JAN 31 and gonna share some experiences here, I saw a lot of filers with NOA2 dates in the first half of January already got their cases sent and received by NVC within 2-3 weeks --- many of them have got case numbers now. So I have been constantly checking the status of my case since last week. I know it does take time but just trying my luck. I have sent 2 public inquiries to NVC and contacted USCIS multiples times by ask emma on their page to talk to a live agent for an update (the connection of ask emma is super unstable though, and some agents are really rude and unhelpful even though I was being all polite to them). But until today my case has not been received by NVC and no data shows that it's sent by USCIS. The last USCIS agent I talked to was nice enough, as she helped me submit a service request because she said it's more than 30 days since approval. She told me I would get a response within 30 business days. It was a little bit frustrated to find that my case is getting on hold as this part of the process is actually getting a looooot faster recently but mine is not being picked in this lucky draw lol. But I know there are still many filers having the same wait like me. I hope the service request can somehow speed up the processing of my case and have them send my case promptly. Gonna update when I know something! Good luck to everyone
