    so if my green card mother app;ied for her son who is under 21 right now and unmarried, it would take approx 3 years? the son is in europe, also, what if the son turns 21 by then?

    hello everyone, Visa Navigator gives option when contacting embassy about case currently in admin processing if it has been under or over 6 months of AP, anyone have any luck if you select 6 Months and inquire to the embassy, what do they say?

    is turkey a high fraud country? also, should i inquire through the navigator or that is of no help?

    so my father is in admin processing while my mom has already receievd her Ir5 visa in january. its been like 3 weeks since my fathers case last updated. Should i inquire or is this normal?

    so do goverment officials have any leverage or say to expeditie that? what would you advise, again, it has been about 3 months since interview, mother has recevied her visa but not yet father, both had interview TOGETHER

    Well how long in AP would it be in before one would take this route? also you think senators office can do anything?

    can senators office assist with why AP is taking long? My mother received her visa already about a month after interview, they emailed requesting her passport. But father is still in AP. they were planning to come here together.

    Hello, I had a question, my father has been in admin processing for some time now like 3 months since his interview, his case would be updated every now and then on Ceac website but in past week, it seems his case has been updated 3 times now, is this a sign they can be getting close to asking for his passport to issue Visa? It still says Refused but that is the new term for Admin Processing. Just wanted to see what community thinks and has seen. Thanks.
