Hey! I was pretty much in the same boat. I also am in Florida too! My husband and I filed a little late on the AOS. I did my biometrics a couple weeks ago and then went to go get my FL drivers license. Bring the I-94 regardless if it is expired or not. The worse they can say is that it won’t work, but I doubt it. Bring your I-797, marriage license, a piece of mail with your name on it with your current address, passport, drivers license from the country you came from, and your US SIN card. You shouldn’t have any problems. I just did this 2 weeks ago.
