Hi, I'm immigrating to the USA from Canada with a IE-1 Visa as well and I'm just signing up for my medical exam in Montreal. Would you please be able to help me select the correct medical exam "type?" Do you recall having a similar list to choose from? Medical Exam Type 1. Canadian Permanent Resident 2. Work Permit 3.
