  1. The simplest way to solve these problems is to give the agency or person exactly what they request. You're overthinking it. If you follow instructions and provide the correct information, the fact that the interviewer might have made a "mistake" is irrelevant. The people you come into contact with are just trying to do their jobs. You can't change how they feel about something, but you can give them the correct information. Give them exactly what they ask for. There's nothing to be confused about. It works every time.
  2. They want fresh, current evidence of the relationship. Anything already submitted will be reviewed at the interview. Good luck!
  3. You need to bring everything the Consulate asks you to bring. If you don't have the required documents, your case might be delayed, via a blue sheet, or a refusal. The IRS transcript is normally available online soon after your return has been accepted by the IRS. Just set up an account with the IRS and you can get the transcript online immediately. Good luck.
