I got married to USA citizen. He petitioned for me last year 2024. An interview was scheduled by USCIS. A week before our interview I found out he was married before in 2016 and The ex wife left him and divorced him in an unknown county .The lawyer decided to reschedule the interview until we find the divorce decree. I have gone around all courts of texas but there is no divorce or any form of separation. I reached out to the lady he married before for assistance however she is non responsive. I am told she probably divorced in Louisiana as she resides there, still not sure of which county.
Kindly advice and assist what I should do next.
