When applying for US Citizenship when married to a US Citizen when can you submit your application- A) 90 Days prior to 3 year wedding anniversary B) 90 Days prior to 3 year green card approval date (received after successful adjustment of status due to marriage) C) 90 Days prior to 3 year anniversary of NOA for I-485 application D) Some other Time? I am having trouble getting a clear answer, and would really appreciate it!

Hoping someone can provide some guidance here please!
