    Hi Sandra, I know the I360 immigration officer needs to ignore all false claims by the abuser but what if the abuser contacts the IO that is interviewing you for the GC and feeds him/her lies? I know they do not have as much training as the I360 officer on vawa, will they also know they cannot listen to anything the abuser says to jeopardize the GC applicant?     I tried to search on this topic but couldn’t find much yet, wondering if anyone had experience with this… Has anyone been battling child custody with abuser during divorce process but ALSO still waiting for i485 to be approved,? So that means no GC but in middle of child custody fight and ex trying to use the fact we have no status/GC in child custody court. anyone have personal experience or links to info regarding this? @sandraj

    Hello everyone, I saw a few people in the past say they had their adjustment of status interview waived and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone recently? I’m wondering what are the circumstances that the USCIS office with sometimes waive the AOS by 485 interview? Hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday and I appreciate all of your help .
