  1. Yes you do need your DS-3025 as proof, so they can transfer all your vaccines to the I-693. That means they check what you have and put it in, with all the dates. If you are missing 2 vaccines, they either way give you the vaccines which you have to pay for, or if you already have them and you are unsure, they offer a blood test and write it in. I also had a vaccine book with me, I don’t know if it’s common in your country, if so bring that as well. It pretty much showed all my vaccination from an infant to current. Hope that clarifies it :).
  2. If you finish the medical exam, they hand you out an envelope containing the I-693. That’s what you include in your AOS, keep it sealed or else it’s void. I filed my AOS and got approved. hope you got this :).
  3. Yeah I actually went to the one in Jefferson City, because it was the only option based on the USCIS website. I still paid around 100-130$, but I didn’t have the chickenpox vaccine, they offered me to do a blood test (25$) or get the vaccine (additional 100$). Worked out with the blood test. Hope that helps.
  4. 1. I guess, if you guys applied for the Greencard and Social Security (which was part of the form you had to file) then it might be sent separately. I have never done it so I can’t give you an accurate answer to this. (If not, your wife could easily go to the Social Security Office with the Greencard and apply for a Social Security number. Take 7-14 days to receive the card/paper by mail) 2. You can travel outside the U.S and get easily inside. Just be aware if you stay outside for too long the entry can be denied. 3. Since your wife is not a U.S Citizen she can’t apply for a U.S passport. After 3 years of being married she can apply for naturalization and become a citizen, therefore can apply for a passport. 4. Status will change.Takes 7-14 days to receive the greencard. After a few days you will see: Card Produced and Card was picked up by the United Postal Service which provides you a Tracking number. I hope I am correct with all of em, somebody correct me if I am wrong with something :).
