My friend started their K1 visa application when she was working in Japan, and then she went home to the Ph. They got approved last year and NVC unfortunately sent their packet to Tokyo. They have been in contact with the embassy in Tokyo for the transfer but unfortunately the embassy in Manila have been unresponsive to my friend's emails and call attempts. It has been at least 6 months since Tokyo received their packet. Are there any other steps they can take to expedite the transfer? (I am not sure where to post this, im sorry if im posting on the wrong forum).
