    Anyone have any idea if there is a law offices that i can visit on London that offer free consultations relating to NVC cases? I hope you all have gotten your DQs and ILs. Any help will be greatly appreciated it.

    Dont use yor internet browser when filling it out....use Adobe Acrobat reader download it and use this to fill it up i had the same issue but when filling up mine with internet explorer

    Hello all, I have a question about something that was put on our file. So my wife doesn't files taxes or tax returns which she have written a letter explaining that. Today we got anoter RFE after her 1099s and Letter of Explanation for not filing taxes was accepted that she needs to send/upload Federal Income Tax return or transcript...well she has been on Social Security Disability for 11 years and she has not file any tax returns etc. Anyone has the same situation and how did they resolved it? Cause this is insane and we don't know what to do once its says on a irs website that she doesn't have to file taxes if she is on disability SSN....ANY HELP will be greatly appreciated it and it will be highly rewarded with good Karma and great luck for all of you.     My wife have filed one as a main sponsor and my Mother in Law have filed one for Joint Sponsorship they might ask for W2s/1099s for both so be prepared for those as well just to be on the safe side also if you are not filling taxes i suggest for you to prepare a Explanation for not filing taxes letter too as the Resubmission and reviewing time wait sucks when you are right there for DQ (what happened to me and my wife) we are still waiting for RFE.

    I will then suggest if you can email them on that email they have provide you with so they can actually investigate...this is ridiculous from them doing this to people and delaying everything that otherwise would have been done by now..i am sorry that this have happened to you.     Hello all..i hope you are all doing well and your documents are getting DQd and ILs are flying through the door/email and getting delivered quickly like an invitation from Hogwarts...🤩 Does anyone knows how long does it takes for NVC TO review re-submitted documents? We are literally waiting on 2 documents and we basically filed them the same day/night 28th of march and lunch time on 29th straight away when we found out that we have to re-submit them....     I am not sure if anyone have made this kind of topic/post but my wife needs to write a letter of explanation why she is not paying taxes for NVC can anyone help me out with any guidance/Template so i can send it to her and we can upload it for our DQs please.     So today I got my documents accepted but also got messages which are confusing...so I have a question do i have to obtain the additional documents that are in the messages or not because they have been accepted ? Please check the photos for reference. Thank you all for your help and advice

    I submitted everything on 14th and still waiting ppl in Visa Journey forum already got there ILs and me and my wife still waiting... also there is no NVC timeframe updates this week (as of yesterday - Monday) which makes me and my wife super uneasy especially waiting so long for our I-130 be approved ( i know there is ppl who are stuck still on that stage and i feel for them really do) and now we are stuck on NVC stage it makes me really depressed and sad and uneasy about this whole waiting...i want is to be with my wife and family 😔 i hate this bureaucracy BS (excuse my language but its super frustrating that we all depend on someone who to tell us if we are allowed fo go and live with our families or not 🤷🏻‍♂️😔) anyway enough RANT i am sorry for all the delays to everyone... REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT ALONE. WE GOT THIS STAY STRONG AND REACH OUT IF YOU FEEL THE SAME WAY I DO. #KindnessMatters 💯🫂💯

    Congratulations to all of you with the ILs received i wonder if its automatic system that is sending them as NVC doesn't opens till later today. I am still waiting for my docs to be reviewed on CEAC. Fingers crossed will be this week. Good luck with all your interviews and i hope everything goes smoothly and get approved quickly.

    Is that for IR-1 complete list? Cause i am getting my MMR and i found a clinic that can do HEP B and Hep A ( if needed) already had my influenza vaccine the prices are insane for all those medicals especially after you paying 380 for exam travel etc

    I have done the same tbh 😅 but it did not worked...they had some maintenance issues as well so i dunno it could be the reason or maybe they have disabled it after you click it once so it doesn't puts you back at the que.

    We have submitted all our documents on 14th of March i was wondering does anyone knows how long usually it takes for them to review it and lmk if we are DQ'd? I am sorry to be asking on here and i am sorry if this has been answered already. Thank you for all your help and i hope all your documents get DQ'd quickly and get that IL at speedy pace.

    I already filed/submitted my DS260 and i actually have put 2 addresses that i have lived in home country since age 16 now realizing that i have made a mistake as i did not understand what was the difference between temporary and permanent addresses. So i read that i can ask them to update my form when i go to the interview so i have printed all the addresses and months/years i lived on them. I just made an error and i was wondering if i upload them on my CEAC portal under Additional documents with explaining that i did not completely understand the address section and i am uploading all my addresses i lived on will that look bad for my case or should i wait for my interview date and ask them on the interview for the consular to update/add my addresses. Please advise as i feel super bad 😞 that i did a mistake and i am anxious now they will reject my case 😞

You are not alone and we are all in this together. #KindnessMatters 🫂💯🫂 I have a question on the DS260 it says not to put your temporary addresses but i have lived on different places across UK and then went back to home county for a little bit and then cameback to UK. So i have compiled a word document that says the temporary addresses i lived on and from what year to what year. So my question is do i have to upload that to my additional documents on my IV section on CEAC or do i just bring a printed copy with me on the interview? Thank you for all your help and i hope all your cases be speedy and get APPROVED!
