  1. I hear the same thing too about cases going faster unde trump for that exact reason. We will see. My 16months is in March 2025.
  2. Congrats Cookie!!! What was your PD? What was your service center? What did you get the RFEs for?
  3. I don't want to be negative but I doubt they are doing anything to reduce processing times. Legal Immigration is not a priority of theirs based on everything I have seen but I am trying to be positive and hope for the best.
  4. Yeah it's all over the place and quite annoying. I too been checking both sites...I am guessing the VJ site is maybe judging persons who have adjusted status from November 2023 within the US being approved instead of consular processing. Quite frustrating!! I hope it is reduced from 16.5 months for approval.
  5. I just checked in a Facebook group I am in for my home country and 1 person who filed in September got an RFE recently
  6. Yeah they do. Nothing for you to do. Same thing happened to me. I got married in 2022 and filed 1 year later and now we have been married for 2 years and our I130 has not been approved as yet.
  7. Congratulations!!!!! All the best on the other phases Wishing you get through with no RFE!!
  8. They are going based off when people are approved on here.If no one makes updates the algorithm has no data to provide accurate estimate. VS USCIS time is random because not everyone at the same service centre applying for the same benefit with the same PD will see the same estimates.
  9. Yeah about 2 persons and I think they filed K3 to get approved so quickly.
  10. Don't pay attention to that time. It means nothing.
  11. Congrats from a fellow Jamaican. My pd is Nov 6 2023. Wishing you a speedy process and approvals on the next phases.
  12. I believe concurrent filing is only available to spouses of US citizens who are adjusting status within the US. Just search on this platform to get more information.
  13. I too stupidly thought it would take 1 year. According to USCIS processing times on their websites all I130 cases should be handled in 16 months up from 14 months.
  14. It's so messed up that you spend your money for a service and tortured to wait on the outcome. It's heart wrenching being away from our loved ones. I feel sorry for the persons who just started the process because it's so arduous. Praying you all don't have to wait much longer. My PD is Nov 6 2023.
  15. Checked the September thread and seeing where folks are still getting approvals from that month. The holidays definitely slowed down the approval process. I am hope that approvals will pick up so Nov 2023 applicants can get approved before Feb 2025.
  16. Congratulations on finally being approved. I think the holidays season has slowed down the process for everyone
  17. Wishing for an approval at all levels and no RFE too
  18. Good night everyone. May we all get our I130 approved before the 14 month mark.
  19. I am worried too for that same reason but we have no control over these things so I take comfort in knowing Trump is after illegal immigration. We are all doing it the right way so we will all get through with no additional days. Times like these we have to put our trust in higher powers.
  20. Yes I have come across a few people on different forums that were successful. It's random selection.
  21. They won't approve the I129F. They will deny it and maybe the I130 will be approved. Adjustment of status is only done for us citizen spouses who are applying for the I130 within the US. If your spouse is outside that is called consular processing
  22. Congrats!!! How do you know which service center your case is at?
  23. You can try. It won't negatively impact your case. It works to speed up the case for some people.
