    Oh ok. Its weird that they let you do the medicals without IL. Generally we need to show IL to get our medicals done.

    @farzady: you mentioned that you went for 2nd medical. When did you do the first one and did you do it before getting IL??

    @akposphilThats good news. BTE How did you reach out to Montreal? We tried expediting once but was declined. Tried again but NVC responded saying " This case was de t to Montreal earlier for expedite and was rejected". Did you also try via NVC expedite request?

    Anyone residing in BC ( near vancouver area) got their police certificate recently? How long does it take to get it on the mail? Apparently, we have been trying to get ours since September last year and have been declined/ rejected due to one or the other reasons ( Mainly bcoz of errors in taking finger print from RCMP staff). Submitted new one early this week. Hoping to get thia one correctly.

    @Diana86@Benham Congrats to you both! Are you both citizens of canada or ROW? Just wondering if they are sending IL or prioritizing people born here. That did not use to happen but who knows what are they upto.

    What time do NVC usually send out IL? Is it in the mornings or afternoon? I was hoping they would send out today but looks like they did not as no one has updated this grp..😔

    I am also in a similar boat so not sure how will that work out. I was thinking if canadian citizenship interview gets scheduled earlier than US interview may be we can go to interview with current passport ( as ita might take time to get a canadian citizenship) and let the interviewer know about it. Later travel to USA on canadian citizenship. I dont know I am just thinking. When did you apply for canadian citizenship?

    They does not seem to move beyond Oct 2020 and still no one in this forum dqd in Sept 2020 & Oct 2020 receives IL.Wonder why is that?

    @raisins Noone else in the group has received ILso far so not sure whats exactly happening in MTL. Really hope we get ours in next round... Good luck to you!!

    @raisins: Good news! Congrats! Are you eb3 category? I also have a dq date of feb 2021 but did not receive IL. Hope it comes our way too. My status still show at NVC though. Does country of origin plays any role here?

    @fabio: Just checked the spreadsheet and looks like you have got an IL back in oct 2022 for Dec 2022. You have dq date and priotity date as April 2021 and I think thats not correct so Could you please update the sheet with correct date? Also, are you healthcare worker and did you expedite the case?

    Do anybody in this grp know if any of the FB applicants ( F3/F4/F2A so on) have received IL for jan? Spreadsheet has not been updated so wondering if they have recieved IL for jan 2023.
