Posted: 2/4/2025 NOA1 received: 2/18/2025 Case Tracker says biometrics scheduled but we haven't received that yet. I can't access our online account - I don't have an access code - any idea where I can get this? Also - how do I know where our service center is? It just says National Benefits Center at the bottom of the NOA1.
