  1. Hi all, This is probably a dumb question but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'm the citizen spouse. We have a pending I-751 (March 2023). We are moving and as I have a USCIC account from doing our I-130 ages ago, I am updating my address. My question is, in the address change process, the systsem asks if you have a receipt number. Since the I-751 is technically "jointly" filed, should I put the receipt number we got for it? Or leave it blank? Thank you! Chrissy
  2. Do you mean on the biometrics appt letter? I see close to the top right of the first page there’s a box labeled code. And ours says 3. No idea what that means. Maybe we will find out tomorrow during the appointment. And of course it’ll be snowing for the drive. Wonderful!
  3. Omg I know right!? We have to drive about an hour to the USCIS office. Annoying but oh well!

  5. Hi all! We barely made into I-751 March 2023 filers thanks to a FedEx delay. GC expires 6/25/2023. Here’s where we are so far: Mon 3/27: Shipped - FedEx ground Fri 3/31: Received - Phoenix Lockbox And now we wait. Hope everyone has a great weekend! Chrissy
  6. Hi! We sent out our packet today and we DID use binder clips, 2 in fact , as ours was also very thick. I saw someone mention the USCIS suggests not to use binder clips. I went through the link: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/tips-for-filing-forms-by-mail and read this: ”Do not use heavy-duty staples. Instead, use fasteners or heavy clips to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions.” So I think clips are ok. Just not binders.
