Does anyone know the complete list of documents required for a US citizen to obtain legal capacity to contract marriage in the Philippines with a Filipino? The US embassy website doesn't provide detailed information. Additionally, should these documents be apostilled?

Does anyone have any idea how the US citizen can qualify to process the k1 visa, such as how much income requirement is needed, etc? Other than the income requirement, what else does the US citizen need to submit?

Hi. My boyfriend is from the US and will be visiting me here in the Philippines in less than a month. 5 days before his flight, he will undergo a manipulation procedure due to his shoulder injury. He has a connecting flight to Hongkong before coming to the Philippines. Would he be allowed in Hongkong to have his prescription pills like oxycodone (opioid)? We are worried he might not be allowed entry because of his prescribed medicines.
