    Hello, My ROC was approved the same day my N400 interview was scheduled on December 4. My interview is scheduled on Jan 16, where I was suppose to be in Mexico for a trip. I’m obviously coming back to the states and my idea was to go back to Mexico after my interview. My question is, if my ROC has been approved does my husband have to come back to the states with me? This is for the 3 year rule N400. I’m trying to see if I can avoid a round trip for my husband if not necessary. Posted pictures for the people who are curious
