  1. I attempted contact congressmen last Augest but pretty much they just said case was complicated and need more waiting.... I plan to contact USCIS at start of Feb directly. If it doesnt work I will try ombusmen and if that doesn't work my last option will be contacting a lawyer. But I dont plan waiting 10 more month as the progress indicates.
  2. The application did not ask when you become citizen....
  3. well my divorced mom married a USC when I was around 12, I got to US around 15 with a green card. And at 25 I applied for neturalization.
  4. Well my main concern is what options do I have? Do I just keep waiting? Do I hire lawyer at this point? Do I contact congressmen again?
  5. Certificate of naturalization. I dont born in U.S. I become citizen after age of 25.
  6. In the evidance I provided certificate of neturalization. Actually I got it at age 25. I was green card holder prior to my neturalization.
  7. Here are the list of material I have sent. Last year we just had our new born, I did added additional material there. So the materials are: passport sized photo (me and my wife) supplemental documents marriage certificates evidance of bondified marriage (due to we married two years ago we did not have jointed bank account or shared insurance/land or owning house, so document including photos of both families) newer upload including our new born records of our child. my neturalization record (to become USC) one correction on the typo of original records.
  8. Never had a Criminal Record and got USC through parent
  9. That's right, I been US citizen since I was 15 years old. So more than 20 years now. I have no idea what to expect right now. Also what is FOIA?
  10. I married my wife in Cambodia, and she is 24 and I am 35. She never applied visa before.
  11. No, when we first filed that was the status it was in. Literally no action taken. We did contact our local senator and ask for help on last Augest and the response from the summary was pretty much say that the case is very complicated and need to wait 2 month to follow up. Back then the normal processing time was about 13 month. On December we tried to contact the senator again and the follow up message said that it is still under normal processing time. Since the normal processing time was bumped to 16 month as current. So we need to wait until least end of Feb to let the case considered as outside of "normal" processing time.
  12. As a citizen filed for my spouse, we waited 2 years and the estimated time still have 10 more month as shown below. I saw most people that posted their last Augest to September already processed are either approved or case got action taken. I really don't know if I should just kept on waiting.
  13. I meet the requirement because I always been living and working in the US. My wife is living abroad while waiting for the I-130 to be processed. I go to her respective country to visit her once a year during my vacation time. Can my tax return be the proof for physically present in the US?
