    Six to eight weeks seems to be the average. Have you checked your Documents tab on the website? A copy of the notice should be there? If it is not, you could always use the chat and ask for your interview date that way?

    I filed May 18th (under 3-year rule, with pending I-751) and have not heard anything. A friend of mine filed 1.5 months before I did (same FO) and had his interview in early August.

    Quite possibly! My 3 year anniversary was on July 29th, so I am not freaking out just yet!

    Not me, still waiting. Hoping for an interview in August, friend of mine (not on VJ) filed three weeks before I did and he got his interview scheduled in August

    Since you were living in the US on a nonimmigrant visa, you were not required to register. So I think you should be good?

    Welcome! There are various VJers reporting instant biometrics reuse notifications when filing their N-400 online. But there are also a not insignificant number of them who do not get one right away/at all. It all depends. On what? No idea.

    Perfectly normal, nothing to worry about. I am assuming you are applying under the 3 year rule? I would upload as much marital evidence as possible to build the strongest possible N-400 case, even if you have submitted all that with the I-751. The N-400 is a standalone application and I would treat it as such.

    Both my I-751 and my N-400 are gone, too! I've read elsewhere in the forum that this happened to some folks. In those cases everything returned to normal a day or so later.

    You are wrong, see Section E here: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-6-part-i-chapter-3. This is the general case. For exceptions, see here: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-g-chapter-5. Why do you want USCIS to refund your fee?
