  1. May 18th filer, pending I-751 as well. I chatted with Emma two weeks ago and she said an interview was requested on 7/10, but no updates since then.
  2. Awesome!! Looks like there is finally some movement for us May filers!
  3. Thanks! I filed under the 3 yr rule, too! Hope I'm next haha 😬
  4. Six to eight weeks seems to be the average. Have you checked your Documents tab on the website? A copy of the notice should be there? If it is not, you could always use the chat and ask for your interview date that way?
  5. I filed May 18th (under 3-year rule, with pending I-751) and have not heard anything. A friend of mine filed 1.5 months before I did (same FO) and had his interview in early August.
  6. Quite possibly! My 3 year anniversary was on July 29th, so I am not freaking out just yet!
  7. If it gives you more than one answer and does not specify how many to name, it is just one of those answers.
  8. Not me, still waiting. Hoping for an interview in August, friend of mine (not on VJ) filed three weeks before I did and he got his interview scheduled in August
  9. Since you were living in the US on a nonimmigrant visa, you were not required to register. So I think you should be good?
  10. just wondering if there's been any updates for anyone? In the meantime, I filed my N-400 last month, anyone else?
  11. Welcome! There are various VJers reporting instant biometrics reuse notifications when filing their N-400 online. But there are also a not insignificant number of them who do not get one right away/at all. It all depends. On what? No idea.
  12. Perfectly normal, nothing to worry about. I am assuming you are applying under the 3 year rule? I would upload as much marital evidence as possible to build the strongest possible N-400 case, even if you have submitted all that with the I-751. The N-400 is a standalone application and I would treat it as such.
  13. Both my I-751 and my N-400 are gone, too! I've read elsewhere in the forum that this happened to some folks. In those cases everything returned to normal a day or so later.
  14. Ha gotcha! Yes it would be nice if they did that. Good luck for your interview!
  15. You are wrong, see Section E here: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-6-part-i-chapter-3. This is the general case. For exceptions, see here: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-g-chapter-5. Why do you want USCIS to refund your fee?
  16. Thanks so much for the explanation, that makes a lot of sense!
