    Thank you so much! It's so much misinformation out there, even some lawyers are sparking fear on what ifs, his background is clean, straightforward case. We had our interview waived in the past , no rfes and clean background, not even a speeding ticket. We will definitely be getting this all in before year ending, thanks for the advice!

    Hello! My husband is from one of the countries on the partial ban list. He's due to file for his citizenship, hoping to get this in before Jan first, but not sure if it'll make a difference, considering I'm seeing an uptick in ppl getting their N400 interviews cancelled, while they do some extra 'vetting' for the i751. Just wanted some advice on if we should proceed with filing and what kind of evidence to attach under the 3 year rule. My husband is from Nigeria

    Hey, I am so confused. My husband has a pending I-751 on file that was submitted dec of 2024. We did move August of 2024 and submitted the AR-11 informing USCIS but I was unaware of another form called the I 865 that says the sponsor should fill out with 30 days of the move. It's been a year since the move, but unsure if I fill out this form or does this apply to those who used a joint sponsor

    From my understanding, the new administration they want to require every marriage based case to have an interview, under Biden he had many of these waived.

    Anyone else just receive the NOA 1 letter in the mail but not the extension letter and notice that they're reusing the biometrics? Online we got the 48 extension and notice about reusing the biometrics but never received from uscis a mail notice

    Hello! We submitted our packet and uscis received it 12/13/2024 NOA 1 12/20/2024 He also received the 48 month extension letter Case now showing being actively reviewed

    I had a question about rental agreements... if you're month to month and haven't moved since the aos, will you just send the same thing? Because it's rental to rent, we're not required to resign a lease
