Yes, it is. It sucks, but at least it is a bit of info on what month/year they are currently scheduling appointments for the IR1/CR1 category who have already become documentarily qualified.

people that have been documentarily qualified in April 2022 are getting appointments issued for July

I know of a couple specifically where the NVC documentarily qualified them in April 2022. They have been contacted by email & have their embassey/consultant appointment in July 2023. The Embassy/Consulate is Lagos Nigeria. it’s happening people!!! Slow and steady wins the race 🇺🇸🇳🇬
