USCIS is transitioning to digital processing, so far mailed-in forms are now digitalized, so all documents get scanned into the system and an IOE number is assigned with an online code mailed to create or upgrade your USCIS account. When did you file to get MSC?

Received 48 month NOA extension!

Informed delivery says I’m receiving a mail from USCIS. I suspect it’s the Extension Letter. Time to sit back and enjoy the long ride

I received 2 Letters today. 1. Receipt and Biometrics Reuse 2. Online Access Code. No 48-month extension yet

Informed delivery show two letters coming in today so from what I see you should get your letters one week after the text received. I received my text last Thursday and now getting the letters.

When did you file? I’m still waiting for my letters received the text last week so I’m hopeful for this week.

Guess we all get the IOE numbers.

Haven’t even received the receipt NOA1 and other documents like Biometrics or 48 months extension is this normal to be actively being reviewed at this stage?

That’s nice! I’m hoping to get something soon, however not sure my packet has been updated because the money order hasn’t been cashed yet and no text yet. But all I need for now is the 48months extension to continue my work and life lol! I don’t mind waiting for the long run

Hey guys, filling out my form. Got confused here I recently moved , I guess for this section I will fill out my old address (I got my residence while living there) or my new address?

Hmm, I see they are reusing the old biometrics I guess yours they need a newer one. But that doesn't mean anything bad regardless good luck! I join you guys next week!!

Two more weeks for my 90days window! I can’t wait to file my ROC. Been gathering my docs, but I was wondering if I should use my AOS lawyer or it’s a waste of money. ROC looks pretty straightforward so far what I have seen

When does the fee increase? I’m filing in two weeks.. I’m thinking should I use a lawyer or not. Even though I got a lot docs? This is my decision to make.

This is what I intend to do. 2-4 statements from each year. I don’t think printing all months since married makes any difference from printing quarterly statements.

Joint tax returns from the previous 3 years Joint bank statements Copies of driver’s licenses showing the same address Copy of Deed and old lease agreement with both names Copies of joint credit card statements Copies of joint utilities and cell phone bills Copies of life insurance policies naming my spouse as a beneficiary Copies of Dental, Vision and Health cards Joint retirement and savings account statements Joint airline/vacation reservations since married Joint gym membership New Photos of us and with family since greencard Birth announcements, photos, sonogram of our baby and lots of baby family photos. Joint trading account statement. Got a family and friend that’s willing to sign an affidavit confirming the authenticity of our marriage.
