    Question. So I-485 approved IB6 category. But on approval notice says Notice type: approval notice, section: alien worker, Form I-140, coa: IB6, applicant never filed for I-140, he is VAWA applicant. what shall he do next ? Write to Vermont and point out the mistake ? Need to send GC card along with as well ? if that will take time, can he apply for EAD/AP approval as GC is already approved ?

    Question: I filed whole application by myself I-360/I-485, when i get RFE for my I485, i hired Lawyer, and filled G-28 form, If USCIS will send any RFE for I-360 or PF, will they send it to my lawyer even though i just hired her for I-485? How i can remove my lawyer from my case now?

    USCIS will not tell you what they found in the inquiry. USCIS will get back to you, or you can inquire through congressmen or you can send letter to USCIS Vermont, all the best,

    @God is a good God @asimove @Sandra G. My 601 RFE is not telling me on what address i need to send my response to. I sent my response to Vermont and check has been processed. Now, i am keep asking my lawyer to send updated/response information to local field office but she is reluctant, Is it mandatory to send response information to local field office? Will they deny my 601 if i will not let my local field office know? I have only 2 days left to send the response. please reply.

    Yup thats the plan, if lawyer wont help, i will do it myself, this is the last time i hired lawyer, life was a mess, took mental toll, was not in condition to handle stuff on my own,

    Oh my bad, i am sorry i misunderstood your message., oh man, check is already processed yesterday, My last response date is October 12th, Yes, she added RFE copy but RFE copy did not have address on which to respond. Have you came across any VAWA applicants who responded to 601 to Tx and received approval? how much time it took for them? What shall i do now? My lawyer is little different If i will ask her to correct it, she may not react in a good way,

    I am not denying sir, I was not aware of it, nor my lawyer, Shes really good with 601 but never took vAWA case, One guy i know sent it to Vermont and got approval so i followed him, 601 RFE after VAWA is rare, i found very few people so hard to get right information, We will learn through it, Ideally once VAWA always Vermont what i followed, nor you are wrong, @God is Good sent her first 601 to Tx, not sure what mistakes was in her 601 that they rejected it,

    happy to help, I have been given medical RFE, after RFE got 601 from local. no interview so far, I never heard anyone sending 601 response to Tx till you shared the screenshot of the address. other approvals of 601 you shared earlier at TX, were they VAWA applicants? One VAWA applicant i know from NY took 6 months to get approval on his 601, he sent his response to Vermont, rest of the people sending 601 at Nebrasca and taking more than 2 years,

    Opps, my lawyer sent response to Vermont, check got deducted, Do we need to send something to local office as well? What will happen next? Local office take decision on our 601 or Tx NBC ?

    I received a RFE for misrepresentation, honestly, it is not my mistake, I had some address issues and i received an RFE for the same during my VAWA. I explained it to them and VAWA was approved. Now for 485 they issued 601 RFE. Shall i be apologetic and reply or explain them about misunderstanding? My 485/vawa is with local. in that case where i need to send my EAD/AP renewal? I am in process to reply to 601 RFE which will go to Vermont then NBC and then to local. In my case where shall i send my renewal? @Sandra G. thank you so much for your help and guidance.     Oh god where to begin, My friend is in mess. His VAWA is approved and recently received an RFE from FO. asking for I-601. All they mentioned is he misrepresented material facts concerning maintenance of his F1 status. something while he was on F1. He is inadmissible to the US under 212 (a)(6)(c)(i). It is asking affidavit of hardship we will face if we will not qualify. RFE is not stating what info he misrepresented. What shall he do now? any good lawyer recommendation? what is success rate for 601?

    Hello All, Friend of mine received an RFE for 485, orange letter, asking him to mail medicals with address mentioned on it. Can any experts tell if he still can expect an interview or it will be GC with no interview. orange RFE letter for medical he received is 3 page long with instructions. TIA.
