Hello.

I sent mine on June 1st and still nothing. We’ve been waiting for an interview for 12 months so yes waiting times are just ridiculous.

My category is IR1 and I’m currently just waiting for an interview (CDJ)

My husband has been getting unemployment since last year (JUNE) until now so we need to now if co sponsor is needed. He filed for I-864EZ when we stared the process as he was working. In case that we do need co sponsor what will be the process? Thank you!

File the new petitions and send an expedite for all of them, you’re in the US forces so they will likely accept it 

He’s basically dying of cancer stage 4 so I doubt he can work in an expedite that’s why I’m asking what other options I have. It’s killing me to not to be there for him 

Hello everyone just wanted to ask what to do, my spouse is very ill in the states and I’m waiting in Mexico for my Interview and we all know that interviews here take forever so I wanted to know is there a way to go to the border and explain to them that I need to be there with him or some type of humanitarian visa Idk what to do, any help is appreciated, thanks
