Yes, you should be able to still use it. I've only used it through airports, but you still need to see an agent with Nexus when going through customs, it's just faster. I've always had to show my greencard to them so I'd imagine you'd just have to give them both documents for verification. Also - if you haven't already done so - make sure your Green Card is associated with your Nexus card as well. Your Nexus card can be taken away if they are not associated.

Awesome! I'm glad it was quick and easy. Still waiting to see if I get a scheduled biometrics or if there is a reuse notice. I'm assuming that I will have to do biometrics since most that are getting the reuse notice see it on the same day as their NOA1. We shall see -

Yay! Exciting! I so far don't have a biometrics reuse notice nor do I have a biometrics appointment scheduled notice. I'm sure I'll see something pop up this week. Congrats on everything moving forward -

Update: 08/22 I-751 sent via UPS to Elgin Lockbox 08/25 UPS said delivered to front desk and signed for 08/28 Text message from USCIS with Receipt Number 08/29 Partial Upload of evidence in online account 08/30 Receipt notice in online account - Biometrics notice just says "For some cases, we require biometrics (fingerprints, a photo, and a signature). If we need biometrics from you, we will send you a SEPARATE appointment notice with a specific date, time and place for you to go to" - Not sure if they will reuse my biometrics yet or not as I'm not sure if that notice would be under my documents on in the receipt itself. Case is at NBC -

And within MINUTES I received my OAC. Logged in, I see the I-751 there but then it says: Error retrieving case status We are having trouble retrieving your case status. Try again later. Assuming it's just processing and will be up later today or tomorrow -

I think I am the only person who used a cashiers check lol I didn’t trust the credit card thing because my bank is notorious for declining random charges and I don’t have personal checks. -

Updated Timeline: 08/22/25 - Mailed to USCIS Eligin, IL PO box via UPS 08/25/25 - UPS Tracking says Delivered at 1:02 PM Question - Mine says delivered to front desk and it was signed for. Is that normal? I assumed that putting a box on it, it was more like a PO Box. I'm nervous. I checked my address and it was put exactly as written on the site. -

I-751 Questions for our case
llcoolwil replied to Janelle K's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
AT&T let my husband add me to the account - maybe you spoke to someone who didn't know? Print out all of your taxes - even if it says married filing separately, a lot of people don't file together for various reasons, include both your taxes that way. Every little bit helps. Can you get family members to write letter of affadavits? -

I-751 Questions

Ack! I just realized I signed the deed of our house with my maiden name! Does this need to changed for my packet or will they allow it as I notate my maiden name as a previous name? -
I-751 Questions
llcoolwil replied to llcoolwil's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Thank you all! Quick question - I have no children so I know I would just skip over that section in the I-751 form - should I be writing NA in all the blank boxes or just not write anything? Also Part 6 Question 3 - Do I need to check yes or no if I am not submitting any children? Thanks! -
I-751 Questions
llcoolwil replied to llcoolwil's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Hi all! Sorry for the dumb questions regarding the packet but I'm getting some conflicting information so I thought I'd ask for people's opinions: 1. Have you all included your marriage certificate in your packet? I'm trying to understand if it's necessary as that was included in our original packet for the I-130. 2. Should I include photo evidence that I included in my I-130 in addition to new photos since I entered the US? 3. How many affadavit letters of support from friends and family did you submit? I so far have 7 and have some more being written. Thank you so much! Sorry for my nervousness - I just really don't want to screw this up lol -
I-751 Questions
llcoolwil replied to llcoolwil's topic in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Oh gosh this makes me feel a TON better! Okay thank goodness. Yeah I'm on the deed of the house so phew. We are beneficiaries and what not on other accounts. Emergency contacts on things etc. -
Hi all! I'm getting my stuff together for my I-751 and I'm a bit concerned about bank statements. We never created a joint bank account but it looks like everyone else I've seen did so they could include it in their packets. I don't want to open one now because I'm too close to my time being open to sent the packet and I'm scared it will look fishy. I'm an authorized user on my husband's credit card but that's really the only banking we do together on paper. We have our house deed, car insurance, health insurance that we are both on. I'm nervous now. Hope someone can either ease my mind or give me additional guidance.
