    Thanks, today I asked Emma and got confirmation my case is with the field office in Helena. Hoping that from there it won't take too long.

    Thanks for this. I've only contacted them once and didn't get anywhere so assumed it was pointless... Have a quick question for you, I sent my packet to Phoenix lockbox. What happens to it from there? Am I right in thinking that it goes to NBC? Or will it go to local field office? I'm pretty confused about what's going on. Might be relevant that I have IOE receipt number.
