  1. Just want to confirm if I, the US citizen petitioner, should file a I-865 given we have moved. We filed AR-11 online right after moving. Both my wife and I work full time. The requirements say "If at any time in the past you completed Form I-864" and I did complete I-864 for my wife during the I-485 process, so I'm assuming I do have to file. It isn't emphasized enough in the sources I have read that both I-865 AND AR-11 need to be filed after a move. Thanks.
  2. Got it thank you for the advice!
  3. Does it hurt to file it early? Just in case something is sent during this time.
  4. When's the recommended time to change address with USCIS in this case? The lease for our new place started beginning of this month, but we are physically going to be moving in a week ( that's when our move-out date is from our old place). Should we go ahead and update the address with USCIS now? or wait till the actual day we physically move-in? Thanks
  5. Wow you are extremely lucky, people are usually waiting for a long time for any action. May I ask which service center your case was at?
  6. I uploaded our latest joint tax filing Tax Transcript from IRS. Will upload any such key evidence docs that come up in the following months. Given the case is marked as electronic, it should be totally good to upload any key evidence as time goes by and you are waiting for case to be processed.
  7. I am unlucky, I got assigned Texas Service Center which seems to have higher processing time 😕
  8. Can someone confirm to me when it's allowed to apply for N400? This is my understanding: You may apply up to 90 days before your third anniversary of becoming a permanent resident (resident since date on GC) if you have been married continuously to same US citizen for 3+ years. Plus, you must have lived at least 3 months in the same USCIS district.
  9. Seems I got Texas Service Center.
  10. Hm, that's strange, I thought "actively reviewed" usually comes a few days later after received message.
  11. You haven't gotten case is being actively reviewed? What 3 letters does your case number start with?
  12. Yeah the long wait begins now. What service center and your case number starts with IOE? I think all case numbers now are with IOE.
  13. Yeah same, today it changed to case is being actively reviewed with extension and biometric letter. From what I have read it is a standard update and people wait a long time after that.
  14. ah ok, nope don't see the letter on the portal yet
  15. Does the service center matter in terms of processing time?
