    Hi VJ community. I am an US citizen. I have a son (under 18) with my prior marriage in another country and he is currently under my ex-wife sole custody. The child was born before I became US citizen. in discussion with ex-wife, she is ok with a Joined custody. If so, can I bring him to US through i-130? I also filled out all his information in my N-400 form during citizenship neutralization. I assume he would automatically became US citizen (INA 320) once his i-130 is approved and arrive to US since he is under 18? Any other issue I need to be aware of? Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
