  1. Hi my name is aisha. I brought my husband here in USA in February 2021. He had CR1 green card. We submitted his form I-751. We received an extension. But I-751 is still pending. Now we submitted his form N400 for citizenship . His citizenship interview is in 2 weeks. But the letter he received, does not mention that his family (wife and kids) have to be there . So should he go alone to the interview? Or should we go with him ?
  2. I got my naturalization through my dad. I was confused. But the interview involve both my mother and I. I have contacted my lawyer. The answer is clear now. Uscis wants both of us at the interview

  4. I’m U.S citizen filing I-130 for my mom. We are both here in USA. She illegally entered usa in the year of 2000. I just got an interview letter. They want me to bring proof of citizenship and birth certificate. In this normal ? also it doesn’t state in the letter that she has to be at the interview . she has a spouse who is also us citizen the Uscis did not say that I130 is approved or not approved, they want to interview me ? does this happen ? Please help I

  6. My husband is filing form I-751. part 5 says to list all your children. We have a 1 year old daughter. she was born here in USA. should he include her ?
