  1. Congratulations! Looks like your interview will be waived since your AOS has been approved! (Mine was I-130 approved then hours later the AOS) 🌺😀
  2. I did AOS from ESTA and just got approved March 22 and my interview was waived. PD was Oct 1 2021, so a little over 530 days. Not sure if it’s because my field office is busy as it’s El Paso dealing with lots from the border or the NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) response we sent them for the I-130 which was overwhelming in proving our bonafide marriage. All the best to you at the interview. Keep us posted as others can benefit from your own progress too.
  3. Thank you🌺 My I-130 was filed in July 2021 electronically and I-485 in October. Are you outside processing times yet for your field office? If you are you can request an inquiry. Other than that it’s a waiting game. I hope you hear soon.
  4. Yes. Your approved Civil Surgeon should seal the envelope and sign it, giving you a copy to keep for your personal files. DO NOT OPEN that sealed envelope and include it in the AOS package that you send to USCIS.
  5. Congratulations to you🥳We waited awhile in the group, yet somehow, I sense there are still others. I trust they will chime in when they’re ready as I know how disheartening this journey can be, feeling like they will not get to your case. I know I did! No word from them at all in 2022 after the approval of my EAD. Then BAM! NOID then approval.
  6. Congratulations to you and your wife🤓 Super happy for you both! (Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Taipei a few years ago and spending time at the National Palace Museum and Beitou Hot Springs. Excellent food and great people! Night markets are my fave too!) Just starting the journey with my conditional GC and I must admit you and others have inspired even as difficult as it was getting to where you are now🙂 Enjoy the freedom from USCIS!
  7. GC approved! SO thankful! I’ll be back in a couple of years for ROC. 🌺
  8. I-130 approved yesterday after our NOID response and now the I-485 is back in active review. I trust everyone is doing well🌺 Update when you can. On lawfully I was stunned to see someone file their ROC and get approved in 10 days!?!?! I will NEVER understand USCIS.
  9. Complete and utter madness!!! Wokeim at it finest. I agree with thoughts in the article, what about those black neighbors who don’t get the handout? Here come the lawsuits!!! I am stunned they are considering this😝
  10. Here’s hoping you get your EAD next week. Mine came exactly a week later. All the best!
  11. Here’s to a short wait for you!!!!🌺
  12. Great article! Thanks for sharing! Just earlier this morning hubby and I heard about the situation in Oregon on the radio. What a mess! We also learned there are a couple of pilots - one in NYC currently with a little over 2,000 artists and the other in SFO with 55 transgender people, who will be getting a similar “handouts”. The pilots I think they mentioned will last until 2026 which begs the question, how do you cut these pilots off when people see what others are getting for free? Once you start…all the best trying to remove it Homelessness is real. I just don’t think handing $$$s out to vulnerable people, where some have been abused or have troubling histories with mental health, will have the capacity to know how to effectively use those funds. I don’t believe they need free cash, instead they need resources to help them, especially those with troubling chemical dependency🤷‍♀️
  13. I wish there was an angry emoji to check against your post. The Lancet which WAS considered a highly respectable and notable medical journal is now best used to line cat boxes😠 Appreciate your use of the word activists! Yes because prior to March 2020 there was natural immunity and for some reason when the race was on for the “vaccine” that went right out of the window! Out of the mouths of some so-called highly intelligent people, among them science himself, Fraudi, doctors and others, natural immunity no longer existed!! Poof! Just like that! Gone! INSTEAD if you took this “vaccine” all would be well with your immunity. You’d never get sick they said, you can’t spread it, they said, you won’t need a mask because you have it’s protection they said. All I see on commercial breaks is that Paxlovid and I want to scream!!! They. Can’t. Stop. With. This. Agenda. They will NEVER admit that what they did worldwide was harmful. Never!
  14. Thanks for that. I am not surprised as some of these Blue States want what they want right?
  15. Interesting to note how badly she did as the first mayor to serve one term in Chicago since the 1980s. https://blockclubchicago.org/2023/02/28/mayor-lori-lightfoot-loses-reelection-bid-you-dont-always-win-every-battle/ Voters have bounced a sitting mayor for the first time in nearly four decades in Chicago. Election night results showed Mayor Lori Lighfoot in third place, with about 16 percent of the vote. She conceded in a speech about 8:30 p.m. after failing to make it out of the crowded field of candidates to secure a spot in the April 4 runoff election.
  16. The people showed up in Chicago and voted her out with her “deadly pandemic” rhetoric and woke agenda!
  17. Yes. Thank you ☺️ I hope you’re doing good and all is well with you and life as a LPR is grand!
  18. Hello, nice to read you😀 It’s surely teaching me patience, all the waiting we must do huh? I hope you hear soon. Thanks for your kind words🌺 We have a ton of bonafides and just waiting on a couple of documents then we’ll get them to the field office. I do believe that is the silver lining in this, both our I-130 and I-485 are at the field office.
  19. We got a NOID (Notice Of Intent to Deny) for the I-130. Letter clearly outlines why - lack of marital bonafides, that we’re already gathering to reply both online and via mail. Remaining hopeful although very cautious that this will be it. Should we mess this up we will have to re-file all over again! I hope y’all hanging in there♥️
  20. Hello all👋🏿 Well this morning around 6am USCIS alerted me via text that they had taken action on my case and to sign into my account. 450 days after my first “actively reviewing”, it is actively being reviewed as of February 22nd. Not expecting much as I cannot request an inquiry until April. Anything can happen. Quietly hoping for a mid-June approval AFTER our 2nd year wedding anniversary. Over on the lawfully app there appears to be approvals for a few from 2021, so I will continue to wait patiently🙏🏿 How is everyone else who are still waiting? Drop a line if you’re still out there🌺
