    Iam a US citizen and i applied for food stamp and health insurance for my self my wife and my mother both are green card , my brother sponsor them , is that gonna make problem for my brother ???!!!!

    Yes they have her passport status was ready yesterday , but i called them to request return her passport because( even without visa ) her visa will expire , and status changed today to AP ,

    She told the consul and he said he wil make a note and took her passport

    Visa status changed from refused to ready , now embassy have my wife passport and her saudi visa will expire after 6 days !!! I emailed the embassy many time no responde !!! Why the embassy dont send her passport so she don’t break the law and may cause up to 50000 riyal fine or imprison 😡

    So yesterday status cahanged from REFUSED to READY !! The embassy have my wife passport and its IR1 visa , is that a good sign?

    No not every body , some of them they dont and it take 3 days to print visa and some of them its take weeks months or even years , it all depends on the console and if he found that he need to do deep search and clearance or paper missing or travelling history ETC …

    Its not out side the officer ,, the officer who decide if u go to ap or not they know from the interview. And if they discover something after interview

    Yes but why he took her passport if he know that her visa will expire in 3 weeks ( at that time ) and will not send herpassport 😒

    Consule in her interview told her everything is ok and she told him about her visa expire , he make a note and took her passport but its been ( refused 8 days ) till now hope it will change before we take the passport

    No this is ( umrah ) visa cannot be extended .

    Hi there my wife passport been in US embassy 10 days she is in Saudia arabia and her Saudi visa will expire after 10 days and she have to leave the country ASAP she informed the consul about that on her interview , if her saudi visa expire will be in big problem and fine might be more than 13000 dollar !!! I emailed the embassy to return her passport if they will not process her visa and they don’t respond what can i do now ???!!!

    Iam in same boat , interview console said every thing ok but status changed to refused , i thought REFUSED should be when they ask for extra document and it should change to AP ???!!!

    So if console took my passport and said every thing ok and after hours my status changed from ready to refused thats normal ?? Most of people it change form them from ready to AP and then to issue , dont know why mine is say refused
