I really think they check more for financial proof - remember, the main issue to them is the marriage is legit and not a business transaction Lease, purchases, auto registration in both names, and make sure they have credit cards on both of their names the more money you have invested in both names, the better shows they are planning to stay together

Got the email "We have taken action on your case" logged in and was able to downloand "Receipt Notice" - 48months extension - and "Biometric Reuse" Received Date 03/26/2024 Notice Date 04/10/2024 also there were some scanned documents that we sent but not all (part4) but the same happened on the other processes April 10, 2024 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS As of April 10, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number IOE0..... Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. next step is Citizenship, next year more paperwork lol...
  4. Only the info shows up, no documents - but if you follow the Feb filers - you can see usually within 2 weeks they get by regular mail the letters

Package sent 03/22/2024 -- USPS Delivery Confirmed 03/26/2024 from FL to Carol, IL Married 03/18/2022 -- Greencard issued 06/23/2022 -- expires 06/23/22024 -- they received it 1 day after the 'Filing date calculator' -- earliest date 03/25/2024 😄 we calculated it too soon lol, hopefully we dont get stressed like @EarlyAnxious I take it most of us in this thread are in the same timeframe - when is it that she can apply for Citizenship?

Good day everyone, I could've sworn when I was doing the k1 process, I saw pinned threads with detailed information on the process for all forms/applications, or maybe being married is making me go nuts.. lol All went perfect on the k1 and AOS -- her 2yr GC expires on 06/23/2024 so uscis calculator states earliest date to apply is 03/25/2024 I was reading about timeframes and they vary like crazy, we were planning to go to her home 03/2025 but if she doesnt have the GC then dealing with extension letter, another hassle Where can i find a guide package/completed form? thanks and good luck
