    Gov sponsor (Gov funds!) but how? The form was received from the USCIS during the summer of this year! That was fast!!! Did the person expedite?

    Lol they are playing catch up now. But man 2021. Why. Did they like process spring cases of 2022 and then stopped? I am just trying to understand the pattern. Any cases from late 2022? Fall maybe of 2022? Also how do you get this info?

    Thanks so much! Any news about hardship cases from like end of last year? I wonder if 2022 is moving at all… or maybe someone got it from early 2023?!

    Hi guys, does anyone know how to change address with DOS? I just moved to a new state. My lawyer said it’s in the portal, maybe she meant via email.

    Oh I meant USCIS, they sent me last year RFE for my hardship case. I literally had to built a new case with extra documents, sometimes I wonder if they lost the original docs.

    Who sent RFE? Uscis? They sent RFE to me as well, and I had to add literally extra information and more statements. They reviewed it very fast like 8 days only it took them.

    And probably it does I just looked up it takes 30-60 days for Mandamus.

    I was thinking the same lately. Well can a group of people file for mandamus? I wonder if that's feasible? I mean at least for those who waited for over like 12 months.

    Hey guys, how many people are still waiting from last year, let's see how many of us left from 2022. My docs were received in Jan 2023, so I doubt I should expect anything to be honest until probably January of next year. But it would be helpful to know whats everyone’s timeline is like.

    Congratulations yay! Great news!! So no Gov funding correct? Probably Mandamus really pushed them to make a decision… wow! what was the basis of your hardship? What about Mandamus? It seems like already two people did it, it is unbelievable that we have to push them this way!

    Oh okay then I apologize, I thought someone is using the data made me feel suspicious. well has anyone tried to reach them through the Senator? I know someone who did it by stating 12 months have gone by and they actually started working in her case. I would do that if you have been waiting for a year at least.

    Jeez! Where do you get those? Are you the one who created that other web site and can check other people’s case statuses, because majority of us added the numbers… and then all of a sudden that web site was closed.. suspicious!

    I would now all who waited over a year expedite it, or another idea all of you who have been waiting longer put a case together and file it with a lawyer to speed up the process. Mandamus whatever its called, I would have done it. But it's up to you guys to decide what you want to do.

    Wait USCIS approved his hardship and they denied it? Sometimes it might relate to the country I heard if you signed something with your country they will make it impossible for you to get waiver and you have to go back. Like sort of a promise to come back.

    Maybe they are all on vacation lol! I have a feeling they will try to process as many as they can in September since it's the end month of a fiscal year. I know for a fact that gov agencies rush more during this specific month since all gov agencies are slowest!!

    Yeah! Unless they hurry up, they might just rush. I doubt mean will be adjudicated this year. Alas.

    According to the Fb group they are focusing a lot on non objection ones and approve literally everyone almost every day. Well the fiscal year for Gov agencies is approaching its end in September, so maybe there is a chance for some to still get approval. I am sure they need to wrap the fiscal year with a number of applications they set to review. I can’t believe it’s taking longer, I have been waiting only 7 months and approaching 8 soon.
