    Makes sense, I was hoping they would be done processing 2022 cases, mine is January of this year so I am approaching 12 year mark soon. I might need to expedite though, I did congressional update when I lived on the East Coast but they only said we will try to process it asap nothing else.

    Wait why don’t they have a choice? I am just curious. I am not blaming anyone, I just truly think that they should categorize countries, if someone is from a dictatorship country where there are no human rights, women are treated like no one, healthcare is suffering-this should be prioritized in my opinion.

    Great…. I am sure where I am from I am the only one who applied tbh. Why can’t they prioritize those applicants form countries who actually need it the most.

    If they due that they know they would get in trouble, so a year is only “waiting period” and 24 months is actually “let’s make a decision”. Are they really understaffed?

    I am sorry what do you mean by juniors? But hey don’t lose hope! Try to distract yourself, life is stressful enough as it is. I have been working with therapist myself to try to avoid external stressors, even though it’s hard but it’s possible to focus on something else meanwhile. Take a walk, enjoy nature, meet a friend-many things you could do. Lol maybe they will try to rush.. who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Also I am still hopeful! It seems that they make decisions at the end of every month?! So I am hopeful, maybe?! There is some time left before holidays. Though with Gov shutdown soon not sure how that will affect the cases.

    Yep! In fact I know so many people who did stayed here (did documents) illegally and now legal after all 🤣 they always punish you if you do it right!

    So the only option is to sue them? That's crazy. Has anyone done a group suing like altogether suing them?

    I think they can inquire about the administrative processing and put the case on hold until DOS makes their decision. There is also RFE.

    Honestly I just reviewed some cases from the FB page we have and it seems that those people who got denied their NOS were later hopefully it is the same for you-they get approved. I haven’t seen in their timeline sponsor views, so I hope your case will be reviewed asap. When did you file hardship? Apologies if it was already mentioned earlier.

    Who knows how they operate… but maybe they will process all 2022 cases this year! I am very hopeful! I wonder how many of us are still waiting? Like 5-6 people from this forum?

    Well connections change a lot in our modern world, I don’t know that’s for sure, just throwing my own opinion. I might be wrong Maybe they did expedite, ask the person who posted the timeline.

    Or maybe they have connections with someone who knows no one tells us the truth. Certainly not fair to you guys who have been waiting since 2022.

    Congrats! So when did they receive your Application from the USCIS? So it's basically a year you waited.

    That’s great, congratulations! Maybe they are trying to process now faster!! I am sure they have so many from this year too! Hopefully we will see more approvals by the end of this year!

    What's strange that this is already like 4th or 5th mandamus filed and they seem not to care. Indeed a broken system. But really has anyone with a Gov funding ever filed it?

    Wow so for them to start speeding up all of us should just file this Mandamus? That's pretty crazy! Also has anyone with sponsor did that? I see that majority who did that don't have Gov Funding, and this one is a risky one.
