  1. Then what qualifies as expedite? It says humanitarian reason or gov interest, is a reason for the U.S. citizen? Like there are no earthquakes or wars (at least not yet might be if they elect Trump) but for real how does one approach this?
  2. And no I don’t know anyone from Fulbright Has anyone here been on Ugrad?
  3. Some cases from mid 2022 are still pending… how long does it take now for gov sponsored cases does anyone know? There was one case from like Jan 2022 approved this month with gov sponsored case.
  4. January 2023 case that got NFR was pretty recent kinda of on time too. So I think it just depends on the case itself how strong it is based on evidences etc.
  5. Yeah I just checked that one too, that is unfortunate There is one more who got yesterday NFR from January 2023.
  6. It’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs by the Dept of State.
  7. I know couple people from Fulbright they got their FR -15 months Max, but again each case is different. I wonder if they regard disability cases somehow and what happens if someone is out of status and if they get denied they are barred for 10 years, this is very very bad. So not sure if they even review these areas.
  8. Question to everyone has anyone done mandamus being on the US government funding?
  9. I just tracked that case too, crazy that they skipped you are right still some of 2022 and there are still some Jan 2023 (mine is January 2023 btw). What’s going on not sure. Is anyone going to email them or try to figure this out through congressman? I think I am going to give it a shot! It’s not fair to move to February when there are a few cases left from 2022 and January 2023.
  10. I agree Feb 2023 is early… some are still waiting from Jan 2023
  11. But honestly just have some faith, it’s so easy to fall into depression but hard to get out of it. Have some faith! When did DOS receive your cases?
  12. I know there are cases there and I have been tracking those cases ever since: This is what I created since I started tracking those, some I don’t have any case numbers since I tracked using this forum and FB group. According to this whoever posted the last January 12, 2023 makes me think they moved to Jan. They also processed two more cases from 2022 that were pending according to the list whoever posted here earlier. Results: Case- January 12, 2023- FR-January 11, 2024 Case Number 1715316-July 6, 2022-January 11, 2024- NFR Case Number 1715800-January 12, 2022-Sponsor Views Sent-October, 2023-January 11, 2024-FR Case Number 1714700-July 12, 2022-January 4, 2024-FR Case Number 1717044- January 12, 2022-Sponsor Views Sent-September, received Dec 3, NFR-January 3, 2024 Case Number 1714680-November 2022-FR October 2022-FR-December June 2022-FR-December June 2022-FR-December August 2022-FR-December July 2022-FR-December May case- FR Case Number 1713488-NFR-October 4, 2023 Case Number 1713976-February, 2022-FR-October 19, 2023 Case Number 1715812-March, 2022-FR-October 25, 2023
  13. Oh yeah? Tell us which cases specific months?! Guys, honestly if you have nothing good to say, just don’t really say anything then. I am beyond annoyed by this pessimism already. Many pointed that they moved to 2023 and I believe it’s true I personally tracked every case number whoever posted in the past and they have all been adjudicated!!
  14. Or maybe they moved to 2023?! it seems that 2022 cases have been adjudicated especially end of last year… When did DOS receive your docs?
  15. This! Thank you! You are so right! Hardship cases create more hardship because some of us are waiting forever
  16. Not true, and stop scaring people around we all have different situations. If some of you were able to stay on status good for you! We are all different with our own lives. I personally know someone who was Fulbright and stayed here was out of status and applied for a hardship waiver for her daughter not even US spouse she was not even married, she got it! So many people here who unfortunately due to their country’s conditions and situations have to stay some cannot even extend their passports. Not all countries are willing to welcome you with open arms like some of your countries here… sometimes I wonder and compare country’s conditions and if i am sure someone was from a country where conditions are not bad and they speak English, the country is not authoritarian, humans rights mean something my question to those people why the heck you won’t then go back for two years? That being said stop judging! People are all different and world is dark and cruel. I wish happiness to everyone and stop spitting negativity.
  17. Congrats! Did you expedite? This is the fast processing!!
  18. I am so sorry, and I agree with you… I think they just only adjudicated cases with no sponsor views because it is easy for them, I feel like they didn't even look thoroughly just my own opinion. They adjudicated someone from October 2022 like wth
  19. I mean situations are different some do apply for GC and it really depends on the officer if they are willing to be flexible and wait, some officers understand that it has nothing to do with us not our fault that DOS is taking forever. I am surprised that congressional inquiries don't help… but also see cases of someone got approved only within 12 months frame. I don't get it. Yes earlier this year it took them 15 months only! Not sure if they expedited I think one did, but they didn't care about her expedite, they just processed it.
