I already have done this and the status of the AOS is accepted in the CEAC website so I'm not sure what exactly should be done.

Hello everyone,
I received a Case FE Review note saying :
"Please add [intending immigrant name] as [petitioner name] 's Household Member, and submit all of their documents under [intending immigrant name]'s name"
I already have done this and the status of the AOS is accepted in the CEAC website so I'm not sure what exactly should be done.
Has anyone faced this issue before ?
