  1. Update: Online status still says the same but got an approval letter in the mail yesterday for I-751. They said they won't send green card as N-400 is approved as well. Thank you everyone for the help.
  2. This is 3rd day and status has not changed yet for I-751...makes me worried N400 does say 'Oath Ceremony will be scheduled'
  3. Anyone else ever gotten this status message? So far, I have only seen one here on visajourney other than me.
  4. I think so as well. This glitch gives mini heart attack though.....
  5. Called USCIS and the person was surprised to see this case status as well. They will give us a call back within the next 30 days they say...
  6. I believe so because our interview went very good. IO was satisfied with our answers and was very friendly
  7. I had combo interview yesterday for I-751 and N-400. Interview went very well. My spouse attended interview with me as well. My N-400 says 'Oath Ceremony Will be Scheduled' since yesterday. However, I checked today status of my I-751 and it says 'Appeal/Motion was dismissed. Your case remains denied.' Why it says this when I never filed for any appeal/motion? Could it be glitch in the system?
  8. Idk. What does that mean 'if the application is based on marriage'. Ofcourse, I-751 is for ROC based on marriage.
  9. I got N400 interview letter 10 days ago and then got this one yesterday which says about combo interview.
  10. No, none of us ever married before. I came here on CR1. And no my spouse did not sponsor anyone before either. We have everything fine. We will take everything they ask and just go and see what happens.
  11. No red flags. Married for over 5 years. We have joint tax returns. Joint checking and saving accounts. Joint credit cards. Both of our names on our lease for the last 4 to 5 years. Joint health insurance. Joint auto insurance. Same address on DL. Trips together within usa. The only thing I could think is they have all the stuff only till Sept 2021 when I applied for N400. I-751 was october 2020.
  12. Maybe they are old statements thats why? Because I-751 was in October 2020 N-400 was in September 2021
  13. Yes, they are joint. I submitted all with my I-751. With N-400, I uploaded quarterly bank statements for every 3 months on uscis account.
  14. Should I take all bank statements for checking and saving accounts? Those are like 5 years. Or should I do quarterly statements for both checking and savings accounts?
  15. My I-751 status says the same as well. My friend who has same situation like me, she didnt get I-751 letter though.
  16. I mean I was already going to take my tax returns and our joint bank statements to show bona fide marriage but why did they specifically asked for 'All supporting documents for Affidavit of Support (i.e. Bank Statements, most recent tax returns)' It's weird. P.S. It's combo interview for N400 and I-751.
  17. Why do they need documents for affidavit of support when it's I-751. any idea? @pushbrk
  18. Documents to bring it says: If application is based on marriage, your spouse must be present. - State/Govt ID - Bring a black or blue pen - All immigration documents - All supporting documents for Affidavit of Support (i.e. Bank statements, tax returns) - Proof of Bonafide marriage - Employment Verification
  19. Hi, I got interview letter for my I-751. Under documents to bring with you box: It says: Employment Verification what does that mean? What should I take with me on my interview which shows my employment verification? Can I take W2s and paystubs from work? Will that work? Never heard this 'employment verification' anywhere before. What does that mean specifically? thank you
