  1. Yes, in Utah, Citizens can register to vote online as long as you have Utah DL. I will just do that.
  2. I agree with you. Won't do it since my DL is good until few more years. No, Utah doesn't have it. Only 5 states have EDL so far.
  3. I thought social security woulf just transit information to DMV as well about citizenship update since I provided them with my passport and DL when I went to renew SS status.
  4. Utah issues full term license to Citizens and LPRs. (Even to conditional green card holders). Yeah, Idaho gave me limited term when I was conditional. Utah gave me full term even with conditional.
  5. Ah makes sense. Did your wife get full term License or limited term in texas? (If she was conditional resident)
  6. Yeah...I don't know here either. Plus, I don't even know if I need to update status with DMV or not since Utah issues Original DL to citizens and LPRs. My license still have few more years to expire.
  7. Hi, I recently became a Naturalized US Citizen. I have updated my Social Security by going to local SS office by providing 2 forms of ID i.e. US Passport and Driver License. (Naturalization Certificate is still with State dept after Passport). So, my question is, Do we need to update DL status as well with DMV or social security will transit citizenship status to DMV by themselves? Thank you.
  8. No. They need to see either ORIGINAL naturalization certificate or US Passport. If you have your passport then take your passport with you. I got my passport but haven't gotten back my naturalization certificate yet. So, I took my passport and it worked.
  9. Do we need to update DL as well? Mine does not expire till few more years.
  10. Yeah. I did that photo when I applied for first time as green card holder. SSNAP print out. I took a photo. This time he did not give any and I did not ask either. should have asked lol Btw did she get new card or they said they won't send any? They won't send me any.
  11. I did that first time when I applied for SSN as green card holder. I took picture of SSNAP print out. This time the guy did not give me any SSNAP and I forgot to ask as well.
  12. What paper did they give you that said you are US citizen? I updated my status and they gave me one general paper where it says I applied card on this date. P.S. the guy said I won't be getting a new card as they have updated my citizenship status in their status.
  13. Question: for the main signature on certificate, should I sign like the one on picture or should I write my name? Because the picture one is like small abbreviated signature which I'm using since forever for every form, DL, bank, SS card etc. thank you
  14. Oh yeah I remember now. IO did make me sign after she made me review my information which she said going to be on naturalization certificate. Thanks
  15. Hi, I have oath ceremony next week. I was wondering what signature do they use on certificate right next to photo? Have we already signed that or will they take our signature at oath ceremony? I am not talking about main signature on certificate, just the ones with photo. Thank you
  16. Hi, I checked my status for N400 yesterday and it said oath ceremony noticr was mailed and I saw the letter under documents tab as well. Today in the morning around 6 am got an email that 'we have taken an action on your case'. I checked today and there is nothing new there. Could this action taken email be a delayed status update email from them? P.S. I already got an approval letter for I-751 in the mail as well. Thank you
  17. So, in case anyone is wondering, the additional interview letter they sent was Form G-56. (Didn't see the form name on bottom left until the interview date). They send this letter if they need additional information or evidence or call in interview. Sometimes, people take lawyer with them if they get Form G-56, but we didn't take one. IO was super nice and never asked for any additional evidence. IO just asked questions about our marriage and some questions from both of us. N-400 was approved on same day. I-751 was approved the next day. Thank you everyone for the help.
