    Because I don't have case timeline/my progress tab on my parent's active case. But they added it on my closed case.

    I went to check I-130 for my parent and saw this new tab 'Case Timeline' on my closed N400 case which got approved in 2023. I got citizenship in 2023. Before there were only 3 tabs there since 2023 when case got closed after approved. Did anyone else get the same tab on their closed approved N400 case on their online account?

    Hi, My case processing time tab for I-130 for parent is gone for the last couple of months. Has anyone else facing this issue? Not that it shows accurate times but still wondering if anone else's tab gone too? thank you

    Kids are 1 and 3 years old, and Pakistan. So how do we add derivatives on I-130? What's the process of adding them to I-130 at this stage?

    Hi, As a US Citizen, I'm going to apply I-130 for my brother. I was just curious what do I need to do for my brother's spouse and his kids (under the age of 21) while filing I-130 form for my brother? Do I need to do anything for them? Thank you

    Thank you. I think so too. Yeah I did thr same what we do for paper form when we submit. Language is Urdu.

    I had this paper form I-131. I filled out this part in Urdu (native language) with black pen and took picture and uploaded it.

    I believe so. I did continue applying and in the end it did say form has no error. I thought about this too. And continued applying.

    Hi, Did anyone else get this error when they selected 'Parent' as beneficiariy while filing I-130 online? I got an error that "you may not be eligible o file for parent as you need to be a us citizen". I am US citizen since 2023.

    Hi, I am filling out I-Form for my mom. In part 5, they want to know If I'm submitting separate petitions for other relatives. I do plan to submit petition for my brother in few months maybe 3,4 or 6 months. Not at this time though. Do I need to include his name in Part 5 question 6.a?
